NBC Universal’s Technical Operations Enterprise Product team builds products and services to organizations throughout NBCUniversal including Ad Sales, Broadcast Operations, NBC Digital, NBC News, NBC Sports, Cable Entertainment brands and local TV stations.   • SecureAds - Advertising units which offered proactive protection against malware and spyware. Methodology became the portable application security standard for secure transactions on non-secure pages. Truste, McAfee and Symantec certified

AdFast Media create an agnostic data delivery platform that could be used for high traffic/high volume distributive rich internet applications (DRIA). AdFast media successfully brought to market the in2apps Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enabled online publishers to leverage the in2apps platform to eliminate the time, effort, resources, and financing often required for retaining audiences and monetizing services.
 

  • Founded by Joe Robinson, Mehdi Alami and I together with 5 engineers

  • Helped raised over $3 million dollars in equity funding

  • Building an asynchronous IO micro service computing infrastructure modeled on parallel processing, distributed computing and a generic REST API pattern developer framework

  • Designed and developed framework and API’s that could be applied to the physical layer, application layer, database schema and business processing layers

  • Coordinated and executed the acquisition of AdFast Media to Adgregate Markets in 2009.

These solutions consisted of a custom asynchronous IO computing platform modeled on parallel processing, distributed computing, micro service-oriented architecture (mSOA) and RESTful API interfaces developed in Microsoft .Net 3.5 and C++. AdFast Media was acquired by Adgregate Markets in 2009.

Co-Founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of inTRUST Technologies, a technology solutions service provider offering a complete range of technology infrastructure and application development services. InTRUST Technologies was merged into the formation of AdFast Media LLC in 2005.

  • Led and managed the engineering team’s efforts on information architecture, computer security, application development and building network infrastructures for a variety of different industries.

  • Provide technical and business strategies to all inTRUST operations

  • Manage daily operations over a dozen independent subcontractors

  • Act as a Virtual CTO and Technology Manager to inTRUST clients, managing all high-level technical decisions for a wide range of clients

  • Assist and manage the overall business and sales initiatives

UGO Networks.

We started in 1996 as Actionworld, Inc.,a subsidiary of InterWorld.  in April, 1997 InterWorld spun off UGO Networks (Unified Gamers Online), billed as a "hand-picked network of professionally managed gaming sites and services." The largest independent gaming community on the Internet - created the prestigious UGO E3 Awards, now the Game Critics Awards, to recognize high quality video game entertainment. In 1999, UGO changed its name to UnderGround Online as part of its efforts to expand its target audience. The company streamed various forms of media entertainment on its website as well as offering articles on topics of interest to its target audience. Topics included comics, television, music and film. On July 2007 UGO Entertainment was acquired by Hearst Corporation to expand its interactive media division.

Managed a team of engineering responsible for all architectural design/implementation of

UGO Networks solutions and AD product offerings;

  • Aggregated and built e-commerce, gaming, online distribution, content-related websites targeted toward an 18 to 34-year-old male demographic

  • Chief Technology Officer for all company’s divisions

  • Helped raised $68 million in equity capital over 5 rounds of financing

  • Built UGO’s global technology infrastructure

  • Managing the day-to-day development and engineering efforts of over 150 technologists and several dozen third party consulting firms

  • Built, deployed and managed the data centers of UGO Technology Solutions, a service provider for hosting and managed services

  • Developed UGO’s advertising distribution network, which served over 8 billion ads monthly

  • Designed and developed UGO’s Affiliate Enterprise Management System (A.E.M.S)

  • Developed and oversaw UGO’s e-commerce initiatives

  • Successfully sold several wholly owned subsidiaries including: GameDealer, Playlink, ActionWorld, and UGO Technology Solutions
